It was our second date and I attended an improve show he was solo performing in. 11. Insert most used emoji:

In 2017, I was laid off from my first job post college. Two days later I was on a flight to Bali, alone. It was my first time solo traveling and I was ecstatic for what was ahead. It was essentially my eat, pray, love and I met my boyfriend, Jan, on an island off the coast of Bali during that visit. For the record, I approached him. Most recently, in 2019, Jan and I left our jobs, apartments and lives as we knew it for a year-long trip around the world. Similar to my solo adventure years prior, I learned to lean into my spontaneity, become more open-minded, and live a little. It reinforced the idea that I have total control of my life and life is short, pursue your dreams now, not later.

My mom, she is my number one cheerleader and hype lady and is definitions of positive vibes.

15. Best advice you’ve ever gotten:

“Don’t work in a cube farm! “ - my marketing professor at Indiana University

It was always the last question on each exam.

16. Someone/something that changed your life (for the better):
