Ingredients
 

  • LOTS of frozen spinach or kale (about 2 cups if you are measuring)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina

  • 1/2 tablespoon maca 

  • A few dashes of cinnamon

How to Make It
 

  1. Blend everything together in a blender.
