"My go to lately has been my banana bread with an organic pink lady apple and almond butter. After I make the banana bread, I slice it and store it in the freezer so I can just grab a piece and pop it in the toaster when I’m in the mood!"
How to Make It
-
Preheat oven to 350 F and line 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper (or grease very well).
-
In a large bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
-
Whisk until evenly mixed, then fold in almond four, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Option to add in chocolate chips or walnuts for pizzaz!
-
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
-
Let cook for 10 minutes and enjoy!
