"My go to lately has been my banana bread with an organic pink lady apple and almond butter. After I make the banana bread, I slice it and store it in the freezer so I can just grab a piece and pop it in the toaster when I’m in the mood!"

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper (or grease very well).

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Whisk until evenly mixed, then fold in almond four, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Option to add in chocolate chips or walnuts for pizzaz!

  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

  5. Let cook for 10 minutes and enjoy!
