So, I LOVE cooking. But sometimes, I wake up in the morning and A) don't have much time before I have to head out the door or B) feel like a sloth.

How to Make It

Cut up the fruit into bite-able chunks and put on a plate. (I tend to dice a strawberry into four pieces.) Scoop 3 tbsp of almond butter and drip it over the banana and strawberries. Sprinkle cinnamon over the lot and garnish with a handful of coconut flakes.

With your banana, not only are you getting a nice dose of potent antioxidants (specifically dopamine and catechins) but you are also keeping your blood sugar levels nice and stable, which prevents crazy mood swings.


In addition, the fiber in the strawberries helps keep the healthy bacteria in your gut happy, which in turn keeps YOU happy, since the well-being of your digestive system is a crucial indicator of your mood.
